Vimal Saboo is the Chief Executive Officer of EarlySalary Services Private Limited (ESPL), the licensed NBFC arm of Fibe, one of India’s leading digital lending platforms. With over two decades of experience in the financial services industry, Vimal has held leadership roles at top institutions including Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, and Edelweiss Financial Services, among others.
A part of Fibe’s founding leadership team, he previously served as Chief Business Officer, where he spearheaded several high-impact initiatives that contributed to the company’s rapid growth, operational efficiency, and strategic expansion.
In his current role, Vimal is focused on scaling ESPL’s lending operations, strengthening its digital infrastructure, and creating tech-led credit solutions for underserved customer segments. He also aims to embed ESG principles into the company’s core, supporting responsible and sustainable growth.
