About the Summit

Held under the theme Impact of AI and future technology stacks on global capability centres, education, and the future of jobs in the FinTech and InsurTech sectors, the Summit is co-organised by the Government of Odisha and the Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN) as part of the BharatNetra Initiative.

The Summit is designed to align seamlessly with the nation's development priorities through BharatNetra, a statewide initiative to build and showcase Odisha’s digital and FinTech talent infrastructure, strengthen job readiness, and position the state as a competitive hub for innovation led and inclusive growth.

The Black Swan Summit India is anchored in catalysing three key pillars for India’s digital finance economy: Delivering Skilling and Employment; Accelerating Sector Transformation; and the Next-Gen Global Capability Centre for Regulated Financial Sector.

Delivering Skilling and Employment: The track will identify concrete pathways for how India can turn the present moment of frontier tech disruption into millions of new jobs.  

Accelerating Sector Transformation: The track will align market and regulatory perspectives on how to accelerate financial health and inclusion through leadership in FinTech and InsurTech.

The Next-Gen Global Capability Centre for Regulated Financial Sector: The track will highlight the next-generation Global Capability Centre hub for regulated finance, powering the next phase of USD 1 trillion FinTech expansion that is being pioneered in Odisha.

Join us for a guided tour of the Konark Sun Temple, a 13th-century UNESCO World Heritage Site in Odisha, dedicated to Surya, the Hindu Sun God. It is renowned for its unique architecture and sculptures depicting both religious and secular life, and is considered the pinnacle of Orissan temple architecture.
