Amol Gupta is the Co-Founder of Advanze, an InsurTech firm based in Bhubaneswar. Advanze helps insurers and brokers accelerate their digital transformation and AI adoption journey through consulting services, solutions, and product offerings across Duck Creek technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Governance and Analytics, and Robotic Process Automation. Prior to founding Advanze, Amol worked across the US and UK, gaining deep insight into core insurance challenges faced by underwriters, brokers, and operations teams in their day-to-day decision-making. He is known for his people-centric leadership style, focus on long-term relationships, and commitment to building stable teams that grow alongside clients.
