Aneesha Reihana is a fintech strategist and entrepreneur with nearly 20 years of experience working across traditional finance and emerging digital markets.

She is part of the Venpep Group, where she contributes to building and scaling financial and asset-based platforms. Aneesha currently leads NewWorld Foundry, the group’s venture-building arm, where she helps SMEs structure and launch new ventures, with a strong focus on asset-backed models and real-world assets.

Her expertise includes venture structuring, tokenisation, and helping businesses transition from conventional models into the digital economy in a practical and commercially viable way.

Aneesha is an active supporter of the Digital Economy Framework Agreement (DEFA) and works closely with founders and enterprises to build scalable, compliant pathways into the next phase of digital growth.
