Saurav Kumar Mohanty brings over 17 years of experience in strategy, enterprise risk, governance, information security, crisis management, and compliance. As Chief Risk Officer at Nucleus Software, he leads the company’s risk and compliance strategy, focusing on building robust frameworks, enhancing organizational resilience, and driving risk-aware decision-making across global operations.

Saurav has worked with leading organizations including FIS Global, AXA Singapore, Bharti-AXA General Insurance, TCS and Citigroup, bringing extensive expertise in managing complex, matrixed environments. He also adds valuable international experience from AXA Singapore, where he successfully navigated multi-country regulatory landscapes and strengthened enterprise risk controls.
An alumnus of IIM Calcutta and LIBA Chennai, Saurav is a member of Global Association of Risk Professional (GARP) and certified lead auditor in ISO 27001 and ISO 9001, demonstrating a strong foundation in compliance, quality assurance, and operational governance. His leadership style is characterized by strategic foresight, collaboration, and an unwavering focus on stakeholder confidence and organizational integrity.
