Prasad Jwalapuram

Mr. Prasad Jwalapuram is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in the global insurance and technology sectors. Currently the Co-Founder and Director of TesQuirel Solutions, Prasad is a leading advocate for the "Citizen Automator" movement, which aims to democratize software quality assurance through "no-script" test automation.

His is a Graduate in Mathematics and Statistics from Sri Venkateswara University and is an MBA in Information Systems. He holds prestigious global certifications, including Fellowships from the Insurance Institute of India (FIII) and LOMA (FLMI), and an Associateship from the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII).

Prasad’s Insurance career began with a formative decade at the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC). He later held senior leadership roles at Birla Sun Life, Wipro, Future Generali, Avantha-ERGO and Principle Global Solutions etc., specializing in Core Operations, Business Solutions and Service Excellence.

At TesQuirel, he has pioneered an AI-driven product ecosystem featuring Breez, AIris, and VeritAI, designed to eliminate testing bottlenecks in complex environments like AS/400 systems. By focusing on no-code solutions, he enables Manual Testers, Business Analysts and Business Users to lead automation, significantly accelerating time-to-market for modern insurtech enterprises.
