Suresh is the Co-founder of Poornatha, an India-based global skilling organization that simplifies entrepreneurship and financial literacy for mass adoption, delivered in 12 Indian and two international languages. He is an Executive Partner at Nandatha, a family office focused on building purpose-led, profitable businesses that solve meaningful, real-world challenges.
With over a decade of deep involvement in the MSME ecosystem, Suresh brings a practitioner’s understanding of what drives growth and resilience of small businesses rooted in on-the-ground realities. Through Poornatha, he has empowered 5,000+ entrepreneurs and 200,000+ students across India, personally training and coaching 100+ entrepreneurs to build business clarity and leadership confidence. His work translates field realities into scalable education models that are accessible, practical, and culturally rooted for micro and small business owners.
He brings a global lens to entrepreneurship education launching MSME initiatives in Africa, mentoring ecosystem partners in Vietnam, and collaborating with the University of Michigan to lead 20+ multidisciplinary student teams on field projects in India. He also contributes to the broader MSME discourse through research collaborations, including studies with CII-CEL, GAME, and TiE spanning microbusiness and banking insights across India.
