Jagruti Bista is a startup executive with 7 years of experience in building and scaling startup programs with a divsese set of stakeholders in emerging economies. She is currently the Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Hindsight Ventures - an Africa focussed startup accelerator and entrepreneurship support organisation. Additionally, she is a Managing Director- Programs at Startup Réseau, wherein she looks after New Business Initiatives. Jagruti is a Commerce Graduate from Mumbai University. Having started her career with FingPay, a venture backed FinTech startup catering to financial access, while she was still in pursuing her graduation - Jagruti made a career switch, after recognising that her inner calling was to support entrepreneurship by being an enabler. Jagruti is an IDEX Fellow ‘22 and an alumnus of the prestigious U.S. Department of State funded Professional Fellows Program. In 2021, Jagruti was recognised for her work as Women Leader in the Entrepreneur category by “Billennium Diva’s” at the Bombay Stock Exchange.
