  • Future-Ready Talent

    02

    Future-Ready Talent

As AI changes financial services, which skills will employers need? How can India close the gap between training and employment, and build the talent base for fintech, insurtech and GCCs?

  • SMEs Going Global

    03

    SMEs Going Global

What prevents Indian SMEs, particularly women-led and underserved enterprises, from reaching overseas customers? How can better access to finance, cross-border payments and digital marketplaces help them compete internationally?

    Why Odisha?

Odisha is building a fintech and capability economy on purpose. The state has adopted an AI Policy and a Global Capability Centre Policy, and also collaborated with GFTN to launch a Global FinTech Capability Hub in Bhubaneswar in 2025. Under its BharatNetra initiative, it is training fintech and insurtech talent with NUS-AIDF and inviting companies to build teams in the state.

For international companies, Odisha is a place to set up a global capability centre, find partners across India and the globe to hire certified talent. For Indian fintechs, it is a quieter room than the metros to meet global investors.

    Why Black Swan Summit?

The Black Swan Summit is GFTN's global foresight platform on how disruption can build more resilient economies and more inclusive societies. Each edition brings together leaders from government, industry and academia to examine how emerging technologies, from AI and quantum to distributed ledger technology and green infrastructure, are changing industries and growth.

The India edition applies that lens to India's next leap: global capital for its fintechs, talent for an AI-driven financial sector, and world markets for its small businesses.
